Social services is undertaking a project for parents needing help and guidance on using technological gadgets that children may be accessing. The project amongst others, appears in the ECCE Action Plan 2023-2024. The Social services remains committed in keeping our children safe whilst browsing online.
As part of the activities under the project, sessions on parental awareness on various technological control commenced in two State Schools – Cascade Primary School and Anse Aux Pin Primary School targeting parents with children from primary 1 to primary 3.
The sessions will continue in other schools to bring more awareness and sensitize parents on technological controls that will ensure their children’s safer browsing in the digital environment.
